About Us

Shamool Foundation School was established in 2020 with a noble mission—to support children affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Founded by the Zaman family, the school was created to assist families whose income came to a halt due to the pandemic, especially those dependent on daily labor.

For the past three years, the foundation has been providing free primary education to these underprivileged children. Shamool Foundation School is more than just an educational institution; it is a place where children receive holistic care, ensuring their educational, physical, and mental development. Through various creative activities, the school nurtures young minds, helping them grow into confident individuals.

Understanding the financial hardships of these families, the foundation provides essential educational materials, including notebooks, books, uniforms, and daily meals. All the children enrolled come from extremely poor backgrounds, making it impossible for them to afford traditional schooling. By offering free education, Shamool Foundation upholds the belief that learning is a fundamental right, not a privilege.

The school maintains high standards in teaching, with a team of responsible and well-educated teachers who receive regular training every month. To ensure that each child receives the support they need, the school conducts an assessment test before admission, evaluating both their mental and physical abilities.

At Shamool Foundation, we believe that every child deserves a chance to learn, grow, and succeed. Education is not just a necessity—it is a right that must be understood and carried out. Through our continued efforts, we strive to build a brighter future for these children, one step at a time.

Mission

Our mission is to extend the reach of education beyond traditional schooling by providing a holistic learning experience that empowers students with knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary for lifelong success. Through a blend of academic rigor, character development, and innovative teaching methodologies, we aim to produce individuals who are not only self-sufficient but also contribute positively to society.

By fostering a culture of critical thinking, ethical leadership, and social responsibility, we envision our students becoming exemplary citizens, well-equipped to navigate life’s challenges and make meaningful contributions to the world. Our ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality, accessible education that transforms lives and creates a brighter future for the next generation.

Vision

Our vision is to establish a world where private schools serve as incubators for character-building, knowledge dissemination, and nurturing future leaders. We are committed to creating an inclusive educational environment that prioritizes the academic growth and personal development of every student, regardless of their socio-economic background.

Children from underprivileged families, who lack financial resources and educational opportunities, deserve access to quality education. Therefore, we strive to uphold the highest standards of academic excellence by ensuring equal learning opportunities for all students, regardless of their circumstances.

Skill Education and Training

Various workshops will be set up in the school to teach practical skills, where children aged 15 years will be admitted. In addition to school students, local community members will also be provided with sewing training so that a group of learners can be taught together.

All stages of sewing and tailoring will be taught under the supervision of a properly trained instructor. The duration of the course will be a minimum of six months, and an examination will also be conducted. Those who complete the course and pass the exam will be awarded a certificate.

In the workshop, three to four different skills can be taught simultaneously as vocational training.

1: Crochet
2: Sewing
3:Embroidery
4: Handwork on frames

Skills for Women

A structured plan will be arranged at different times for women’s social, cultural, and religious awareness, which will be conducted exclusively within the school premises. Skilled women will be given proper work opportunities within the school to encourage and support them.

Admission of Children with Mental Weakness and Disabilities

Children with mental weakness or any physical disability will be granted admission and will be able to participate in education alongside other students. Their special needs will be carefully considered, and specific guidelines will be followed on an individual basis.

Every possible assistance will be provided for their health and treatment. A designated parent-teacher meeting will be scheduled every three months to discuss their progress and needs.
